How do I receive my embroidery designs after purchase?
All designs are available for instant download. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link, and the files will also be accessible in your account dashboard under 'My Downloads'.
What file formats do you provide for machine embroidery?
We support all major machine formats including PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, and XXX. You can select your preferred format at the time of download.
Can I resize the designs I purchase?
While you can use embroidery software to resize designs, we recommend staying within 10-15% of the original size to maintain stitch density and quality. Significant resizing may lead to poor embroidery results.
What is your return policy on digital products?
Due to the digital nature of our embroidery designs, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it or provide a replacement.
Are your designs licensed for commercial use?
Yes, our standard license allows you to stitch our designs onto physical items for sale. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital design files themselves.
Do you offer custom digitizing services?
Currently, we focus on providing a vast library of pre-made professional designs. We do not offer custom digitizing for individual logos or personal artwork at this time.
